Knowledge Base

Now that you have installed Knowledgbase, you can begin to configure your articles and content from the backend apps tab.

Login to your site marketplace admin panel and click the apps tab and choose Knowledgebase, if at any time you wish to temporarily disable the app you can through the settings tab.

When Knowledgebase is installed, site users can access the resources from a few areas - the top header Help link and bottom footer Knowledgebase link plus if you have articles created, these will appear on the main page in the welcome box.

Deciding where your articles appear can be configured from the Articles manager, choose the positions by checking off where you wish to activate the article for viewing.
