Flexible RFP Budget Options

Buyers have total control and flexibilty to set specific project budgets in their request for proposal including a variety of budget ranges from large project to non profit.


Realtime Live Bidding

A first of its kind live bidding interface that provides your members with the option of a visual bidding environment during service and product auction events. Providers can participate at any time during the event while the auction is open.

Buyers and/or sellers who are posting auctions can choose if the auction will be conducted as a realtime event by simply select the option of Realtime Event in the Auction Event access section. This feature is a major benefit to buyers posting the auction and sellers viewing the bids that are placed in real time creating a more comptetitive bidding environment for each provider who is participating -- directly on your web site!

RFP Question Management

Cater to each category and particular requirements by providing your members with specific category Questions. Each listed category in the marketplace can hold different and unique questions and answers from your members.


Integrated WYSIWYG BBcode Editor

Since members cannot use HTML (due to security reasons), The BBCode editor built into ILance allows special "HTML emulation" that your members can utilize to create a unique and detailed auction description using emphasis and character along with maximum security from HTML exploit injections.


Draft Auctions

Auction listings can be saved in Draft mode prior to being posted live in the marketplace. This feature is available to members during the detailed RFP Information preview, members can check the "checkbox" provided if they wish to post at a later time. Changes to the auction listing can be applied anytime from the drafts tab in the auction manager.


Bidding Privacy

Buyers have the choice to enable privacy during the bidding process by choosing the type of bidding privacy for the auction. Sealed bidding is available to determine that the bidder names are shown and the bid amounts are hidden.

Blind bidding indicates that the bid amounts are shown and bidder names are hidden, both these features are optional and are valuable to the buyer for maximum control over private auctions.


Transfer Auction Ownership

This unique feature provides maximum control for your staff or other project managers on your marketplace to create RFPs to be transferred to other registered (non-savvy) members on the site. This ensures your staff or other project managers post valid descriptions, infos and requirements as per the buyers demand for total service procurement.


Mediashare File System

This advanced and secure Mediashare distribution system provides a convenient tool for both buyers and providers to upload and accept relevant auction/RFP content that may be required to begin (or complete) a project.

Available is a Shared Folder, or a Private folder, buyers can keep the private folder for personal files, references, etc, and providers can access the Shared folder to exchange media and project material with his/her buyer.


Service Buyer/Provider Feedback Ratings

Feedback History and Rating controls help your buyers when seeking a specific talented service provider for a project, it helps to have access to review past feedback and ratings left from other buyers in the marketplace. The extensive feedback ratings platform provides a very useful system in the marketplace to maintain proper member ratings which operate with live accurate results.


Members can now rate each other using a new "total response" feedback option which allows the member to rate the opponent in terms of a Positive, Neutral or Negative experience. Results are shown in the form of a "smilie emotion" and responses within the past month, 6 months and 1 year are clearly visible from any members profile page (if a members opts to display public financial information).

Members can also rate each other using a detailed ratings criteria system which each member (both buyer and seller) is rated on a 1 to 5 point system (for each of the 5 groups) - Delivery, Professisonalism, Resposiveness, Cost and Quality.

Invite To Bid Feature

The advantage to allow buyers to invite both members of the marketplace or outside guests (via email) to an auction event brings not only great awareness to your marketplace but huge potential for generated site revenue! There are many resources built in ILance that allow buyers to invite providers to bid making this option very simplistic for your members to discover and an excellent method to allow your existing members to invite friends, family, partners and so on.
