LanceKB is a knowledge base solution that directly integrates with your existing ILance license and provides a central user interface for customers (and visitors) to ask questions, review articles, partake in article ratings, popularity control and so much more.

Member features:

• Global Knowledge Base Search Engine
• Advanced Search (via specific category, keywords, etc)
• Ask a Question Feature (with moderation control via admin)
• Add Favorite Articles to "Saved Articles List"
• Search Phrase Highlight (highlights all words in article specific to the keywords used in the search)
• Attachments in Articles (created by admins, authors)
• Article Rating via AJAX no-page-reload control "Was this article helpful?"

Administrative Features:

• Root Administration / Category Moderation / Ratings / Content Distribution and Moderation (CMS)
• Create new articles, permit guest or member viewing permissions in article categories). Article authors are created by the Root administrator (usually the site owner)
