Manual payment (like cheque or bank transfer)

Hi,

I'd like to check if this is available. I need to accept manual payment like cheques or bank transfers. i.e. i will get an email informing me that he/she has paid via cheque / bank transfer. Once the money is cleared, i can go somewhere in my admin page to accept the payment and let him/her use the funds.

Can this be done? If not, can I pay to have this added in?

Since I expect that most of my users will be paying other way that with credit card system (mostly wire transfer), I hope that there is a way to integrate other payment methods and also manual entry .-)

ThanksYes of course. If (for example) a member sends you $100 via Check, you would then go to your:

Admin CP > Subscribers > (Edit) a Subscriber (pencil icon)

This should bring up the Customer Profile Manager. You will see various tabs and areas that control this members online account. Click the "Transactions" tab. When you view this area, it's clear to see how you can add funds to that users online account without any issue.
