Is there a payment option available that will allow the user to put in their credit card information if we chose not to use Paypal, Authorize.net or 2Checkout? I already have a credit card system set up with the company and it would be easier if we can just recieve the credit card information, key it into our own system, and then allot the funds *once the card clears*.

Well, you would do your external payment method as you describe above, and if the user is paying you $50 or $200, whichever the amount will be you can login to administration area, and "Add Funds" to that user's online account. He will then have funds in his online account to use and pay for services online your marketplace.

What I mean is...

Is there an option that says, "deposit funds(credit card)", just as there is one that says, "deposit funds(2checkout) or depositfunds(paypal)". So that I can have the credit card info and not 2checkout or paypal.

Of course. When a user is on the deposit menu, (and has added a credit card AND that card went through the authentication process and was verified by your external payment processor (ie: authorize.net)), the user would see "Credit Card" as an option to add funds and not just see paypal or 2checkout.
