No pros/experts showing up in search

Although a few members have been trickling in to my site, I am unable to find any of them by doing a search. No matter what I do, I never get any search results. What am I doing wrong?

Users who become providers do not show up soon as they are inserted into the database. Instead, they must manually visit their "public profile" menu and update their status to being "listed in search results". This allows users to opt-in and out of your search engine in the case of vacation, work overload, etc.

Perhaps this is the problem?

Another one is in your subscription permissions, do you have the permission to be "listed in search results" set to "YES" for the providers plan? this might also be affecting the results being shown in your site.

So permissions and users that do not opt into the search engine on your site might be causing that problem.
