Products & Service together or separate from each other ??!!!

My ILance website offers products and services auction. Is it a good idea to put both sections together like this:
http://www.ilance.com/demo/

or separate the from each other like these:
http://www.ilance.com/forward/
http://www.ilance.com/reverse/

From the user point of view and administration point of view (for ILance). which one is good and why ?

To seperate your offerings. Sometimes users just want to post a job they need done. They don't want to see anything relating to products. So you could have a link moving that user to the specific site only and/or have a portal that focuses on all marketplace types for the more advanced users.

i.e.: A nice big button saying POST YOUR JOB NOW it links to service.yourdomain.com or jobs.yourdomain.com
