Hi,

If have tested v3. quite a lot recently. Allthough I'm new to reverse auction software, I must say I'm quite impressed. But...

I find it often quite confusing where to klick for the next step in the proces. Somtime's I have to klick insite a table to go one step further, the next time I have to select an item en schroll down to select an pull-down menu te continue. And in sometimes I should select Icons to continue. For the first-time users this is quite confusing. For example if you go to My CP and select buying activity overview. It's hard to find out where to click for the next step.

So I would suggest a more simple (more intuitive) way to navigate to all the processteps. Perhaps if there was a "my next step" butten, the novice/firsttime users would learn faster to use Ilance.

You bring up some excellent points. I'd have to say with the total control of the templates, you could easily change these features to a more simple look and feel. All input from our members will help to improve the software for both, the admin and end-user.

We have a section that allows licensed customers to post feature requests. If the feature is a "must have" and can be used by many people, we'll most likely integrate this for you (and everyone else).

Hint: Template conditions can be used to create your "next step" overviews. Basically, if the auction or bid is in a state that you feel a next step graphic or "text" should appear, you could easily implement this in 3.0.0. Thats the beauty of the latest version .. it's entirely modular at all ends. Template conditions are an advanced template feature, known in softwares like "Smarty Templates", "VBulletin", and others .. if the PHP is evaluated as $this, you can create logic in your HTML templates based on $this. When you become a licensed customer, you can learn more about integration into your marketplace.

However, thanks for your input, as mentioned above, it's highly appreciated! :)

Regards,
Peter
