What's the best way to populate the my ilance site site?

This may not be the answer you want, but there are two ways.

1) Manually enter data: Although it sounds very time consuming which is it. It is probably your best choice.

2) If you are comfortable enough with MYSQL and PHPmyAdmin then you can use sql insert statements with some test data.

I am sure there are other folks that are far more experienced than I am that may chime in on this, but that were just my two cents.
