Incremental backup

Does anyone know how to setup an incremental backup for my entire site (files kept on the server as well as the database)? Any programs that can do this?

cPanel/WHM - configure backups and select incremental. This seems to be the only way of keeping the server from constant crashing during the regular backup.

If you are not the server admin, contact your host and ask them to provide incremental backup for you.
