Can I post pictures,links or attach files in LanceKB?

Yes you can.

I find it really helpful to put screen shots in the documents to guide users through the various processes within the system. i.e. registration, creating a service auction, awarding a bid etc.

Simply upload the images to your host, them wrap with the image function as in below, without spaces after & before the

[IMG]http://yoursite.com/kb/images/bid1.gif http://yoursite.com/kb/images/bid1.gif

I honestly think this is essential unless you want to reply to numerous emails that ask the same questions. Now I can simply point them to the help articles.
