How to remove the footer

This is sai. I am working on PHP project.

I want to know how to remove the footer (Powered by: ILance® Version 3.1.6, Copyright ©2002 - 2008, ILance Inc) in ilance website.

I have all ilance code.

If anybody knows how to remove that please send the reply ASAP.
