We are curious to know if the software documentation manual is being used as a primary source of reference when in need of assistance, please give us your response :)

Yes, but needs more detail - and more logic explanation. For instance, what is the logic behind separating Settings into so many sections one can easily get lost? Or why addons are called Products - we have Product Auctions too. What does Distribution stand for - if Auctions, let we read Auctions in the horizontal admin menu, etc.

Hi

Thank you for your comments, appreciated.

The layout of settings was configured to reflect the order of settings /tabs found in the admin or front end, feel free to submit suggestions.

Distribution means the overall arrangement of activity throughout, this can be changed to say another phrase, as well as products to add-ons

thank you

Good point. We'll add a search option. That sounds like a good start.

For me I would like more help locating functionality from the documentation. There is a lot of functionality in the iLance system and so it takes quite some time to configure your website. I would find it useful if the documentation stated where in the admin section users can find a function when its referenced.

IE. You can disable the Escrow service from the the Escrow Settings page. This can be found at ...

Also, for me it would be useful to have some kind of developers documentation which helps point out where function definitions can be found etc

A process flow diagramm (Blueprint) is urgently needed.
