Hi Peter
i was thinking about a little tool to help buyer make a decision about which provider to select when it comes that a lot of them bid on buyer's project.
ex: i post project X, i got 10 bidders, 5 profiles seems verry interesting but i'm hesitating on which fits the best.
i learn a basic method which:
1. determine criteria for selection
2. assign coefficient of importance for project success
3. score the vendor against each criteria
4. collect total score, compare, and select the best two scores
5. perform risk assessment
is it possible to make that process very easy and straight forward in the script? could be an added value for website.
