Dispute resolution panel + FVF refunds

Is there a dispute resolution panel or system in place on ilance? :confused:

Similar to "the other auction site" that has a Dispute Console where sellers can "Report an unpaid item", and after a certain time if still not paid can then file for FVF credit. :(

Also a buyer can "Report a problem with an item", may have not been received, or is significantly different from the listing. :mad:

Yes, in fact soon as 3.1.7 is released very soon "Warnings" will be a great addon product which will let you create a point system based on unpaid invoices, vulgar language in bids or descriptions, etc. Ultimately it provides users will so many points, after they run out due to actions they take which conflict with your rules, it will ban them for n days.

Dispute resolution system has been discussed and it is more or less a message system with a status indictator. Once you become licensed you are more than welcome to create a feature request for that dispute system. We'd be more than happy to assist in making this possible.

Reporting a problem with an item is a great idea! we'll look into that for sure! :)
