License Version Upgrade Process?

You have created a very impressive platform, and from the support forum it appears you are responsive and professional.

If I choose the iLance platform, I will be launching the marketplace with limited members on a single site, so the starter level appears appropriate. However, it is possible that the marketplace will grow rapidly. Questions:

1. Do both buyers and sellers count as members for the purposes of the license agreement.
2. Can a starter license be upgraded to the next increment without disrupting operation of the site?
3. If I have "Look and Feel" changes made, will the upgrade break those changes? Will the free code updates that come 1-2x per year?
4. Will the cost of moving from a starter license to the next tier be the difference in cost?
5. If the marketplace outgrows the capacity of a single server, will iLance work across multiple servers? Will it work with one server in CA and one in NY?
6. Does the portfolio accept video files like .mov and .wmv?

1. Yes, both buyer and seller registrants count as members

2. Yes, when you upgrade, there is no impact on the installed instance of the software, your account is manually updated on our end.

3. No problem, as long as you backup the templates, and we try to make sure that updates are available on a consistent basis, we always aim for monthly updates.

4. That is correct, you purchase the difference in cost between the license tiers

5. Yes, this will work

6. Not currently, there is video support within the profile area, however, when you become licensed, you can certainly add this as a feature request.
