Enterprise License

Hi, we're looking at the Enterprise license to run a number of custom auctions for clients.

My first question is how multiple clients are provisioned - do I have to install this for every client or is there a master admin that provisions new clients within the application?

My second question is about the branding removal - it says it is per license. Does that mean a one time fee for the enterprise product or for each deployment?
