Now what is this? Well it is an advertising tool available to service providers. This will consist of two major advertising component:

- Pay for position in search
- Pay for position in category

Pay for position in search

The End User View

The service provider must be able to enter as many keywords as posible that define their work ethic such as web design, graphics etc. This tool must be robust enough to show the service provider the current bid for any keyword entered in the system and the top 5 bid positions, i.e (great design = .5 | .4 | .3 | .2 | .1 ) in order for a service provider to determine where they want to show up in the search.

Pay for position in category

The End User View

The only difference between this marketing tool and the previous one would be that there are no keywords involve. The service provider would pay for position. No two positions can be the same. I.E there can't be two number 3 positions, therefore a user would have to bid high or low. AAlso, the user must be able to ad a brief description to there listing (imagine a rectangle box: to the far left would have the provider picture (a small thumbnail), to the right of that would have the description and below the description would have the links: view profile, invite to bid, view feedback)

Options available to Providers

- provider must be able to enter any keyword and get relative feedback
----- example: the keyword (flash) has the following top 5 bids......

- provider has to have money into there advertising account - a separate account specifically for advertising since this would be a new department. This account does not imply a separate username and password. For example if providers deposit money inot their regular account it would not show up inot their advertising account, but the provider can transfer funds back and forth between accounts.

- email outbid notification message (provider must be able to turn it on and off...

- other relative automatic email messages (ie: thanks for signing up etc).

- provider must be able to update keywords and bid amount

- provider must be able to have a recurring campaign or a one-time fee campaign

Options available to Advertising Department

- Must be able to set min bid amount for (ie: .10) as a default for all keywords
- Must be able to edit email messages
- Must be able to approve all submissions
- Must be able to set billing period (every 2 days after a campaign period is complete)
- Any other options?

Well that's it... And of course it can also be availble to the public. Other people can also advertise on the site but the will show up say at the side of the page...
