New Database Creation

I was wondering if you need programming experience to create new databases in the admin section, or if it is pretty intuitive. What I would like to do is create a "Resources" section where I can put in categorized links to relevant sites, with a description.

It's very intuitive. It's a flash based version of PHPMyAdmin. All that would be required is proper access to the username for the database in question.

If a specific user had access rights to database1 and database2 then both databases would be visible allowing you to view them both :)
