ILance Installation

We are having issues installing ILance on our test server - basically at launch of the installer.php page, it shows:

Error in my_thread_global_end(): 2 threads didn't exit

Can you advise as to the reason for this failure?

Even better, we would be keen to arrange for ILance to install the software for us - how can we get this done?

Hi Ian,

This error sounds like it's generated from your server (apache). There is no function in ILance that is called my_thread_global_end();
