Hi anndyllb,
ILance has a report abuse feature. The Dispute management add-on is something we will be looking into very shortly. It will contain full control to let your end users file a dispute, provide the admin with intervention tools (to handle the disputes) and will some features will also include a flagging system where "x" amount of flags (or points) can in fact get a member either suspended for "x days" or a perm. ban. That choice is up to you. At the moment we're in the beginning stages therefore there is no current ETA this will be available.
However at the moment there is no dispute management functionality. But there is ample tools within the base framework of ILance to help aid in dispute process (escrow, payment, etc) because as the admin you have full control to do what is required (cancel payment, delete payment, refund payment, communicate with users, control the user permission and access, etc).
Let me know if you have any further questions :)
Regards,
Peter

Peter,
Thanks for the feedback... the dispute management feature/console will really make the life of a marketplace administrator very easy by first allowing the buyer and the seller to sort out their issues before escalating the problem to the market place admin.
Here's how ebay's dispute management works:

Something similar to this or better will be very good for ilance software.

Thanks for your input Andy.
We will be using a much more simple method but will have the necessary tools for your users to dispute and file their case. However, in terms of not letting the admin know about the user's dispute is something we'll want to let the admin know (first off) by a form of an email or PM send to his account.
Of course there will be a manager area from the AdminCP to handle this, so either way the admin will know what's going on and be able to make the best informed decision regarding any filed disputes or cases pending.
Thanks for your suggestions ;)
