What if a client want to use a more robust email program to send service buyers and providers email messages or newsletter. With the current ILance the admin would have to removeeach email address separately - a timely procedure. Why not designed ILance so that the admin can download service buyers and providers emails (separately)?

Good idea. I believe this is already planned for v3 admin area. The options will be:

"Download as CSV"
"Download as TXT"
