Interesting read a post here that domystuff was created using ilance.. quite an interesting site that has got a lot of attention it seems in the press especially for outsourcing offline work

I wonder how much of a percentage of their agreements through their site is for offline work instead of online?

Also from what i can see they dont charge money??? where are they making their money

They did a nice job customizing their website

though i cant see how they can patent their service.. there are lots of sites that provide those type of services.. they dont have right to be the only site online..

True but this company actually provides a start to finish process flow that is unique to their industry and business targeting offline work and/or local communities. This doesn't mean "ILance" is giving them that push for pending patent(s). I'm sure their business model process and flow is a tight ship.

It's great to see the ILance play a key role in their business model. I do know they have completely revamped many aspects to suit their offering. That's great, it's exactly what we want to see.

Too cool!
(and another reason why we should launch that "Who's Using ILance" section on the main web site) as nobody likes providing ILance testimonials (https://www.ilance.com/members/testimonial) :)

Hi Mike,

Actually you can watch a little more information about DoMyStuff on YouTube.com. Interesting indeed. One of the co-founders speaks a little about how they charge for their service.
