When a new ILance customer purchases *ANY* software product, ILance provides a 12-Month support system:

A) Technical Product Support
B) Programming Product Support (review/discuss only)
C) Product Updates and Upgrades (for 12 months from purchase date)
D) ILance Customer Control panels (license manager, invoice history, trouble ticket system, Plesk control panels *private hosting customers only)
E) "Licensed Customer" forum access permissions to grant permissions to review and download attachments and articles for licensed customers only

The above is our standard company offering to our new and existing customers.

In the very near future, ILance will be providing services such as Template/Design branding and customization at very affordable costs. ILance will house over 15,000 unique business templates (yes! 15,000!) to choose from.

Advanced services such as custom programming and extended module development will also be available in the very near future. ILance version 3.0.0 will set the standard via completely template driven software solution with it's own development API functions to take the platform even further (ie: LanceAlert!, LanceKB!, etc).

What happens after 12 Months?

You can renew your support subscription for another 12 months for $199.
