We are a german community and looking for a professional project-auction script.

Ilance seems to be the right one, but, in fairness, I think the front page template is looking not very good.

The current template is very basic and in open source format to allow for any design customizatons to be made, we do have a couple template options on the go and will offer more in the future.

Ilance seems to be the right one, but, in fairness, I think the front page template is looking not very good.
What would you like to see? It's like that so you can make it look and do what you want :) It's 100% template driven. Even in the templates there is no PHP code! so you will deal with basics like {some_variable} in your html template. Too easy. This allows you to move any of these template variables anywhere you see fit on any template.

I will let you know our primary concern is application logic. We have been developing ILance since 2002 and we deal mainly with programming and making sure ILance does what it says it does. Designers come a dime a dozen and I've seen some fantastic layouts for this software to date. I know it's possible. This is why we don't focus on a certain "theme" or layout, it's a bare-bone template interface that many have taken and designed to their own requirements.
