I'm wondering, before I consider purchasing, if this software can be used with a single login as opposed to the dual logins

On all the freelance scripts I have seen to buy and sell services you need to have 2 accounts, one for buying and one ffor selling

On all the freelance scripts I have seen to buy and sell services you need to have 2 accounts, one for buying and one ffor sellingHi there,
Yes, all the other freelance scripts tend to move toward a multiple-login situation where a user must register as a buyer or seller twice to do just two simple things (buy and sell). This causes quite a few things to occur, such as double accounts, perhaps multiple tables for the users (unless proper database localisation is used) but most of all, does not allow a real person to actually have a real good idea about the individual or user they are dealing with. In ILance your users will be able to pin-point everything about a user through their profile page allowing specific history controls to occur.
In ILance there only needs to be one central account for a user. How it works is very unique and at the same time is very flexible for the admin. You would basically create a Subscription Plan and then define well over 60+ permissions and resources that plan offers.
So for example, permissions like:
can bid on service auctions
can create service auctions
can bid on product auctions
can create product auctions
can be completely controlled by a permission based system. This way, there only needs to be one user account, and that user can be exactly who he or she wants to be on your marketplace by chosing a subscription plan with the proper permissions for his/her operations.
This allows you to gear your services towards your market niche and control everything from user roles, subscription plans and permissions on a user-to-user basis.
I hope you can take the time to review the online demo. It's better to review live to get a full understanding of what you can do based on permissions and the subscription system.
BTW, we just released our latest version, 3.1.0 which nows includes Direct Payment abilities via Paypal, StormPay and CashU.
Regards,
Peter
