Any Update on 3.0?

Hi:

I'm a registered user and love the work you guys have done. I'm not launching my service until I get the v3.0 update because I don't have the resources to do the customizations I want twice.

Is there any update on when 3.0 will be available.

Hi Alex,

Thanks again for your kind words. Yes, beta program for version 3 will be launching very soon. I'm more than positive this will be the month http://ilance.ca/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif

What we'll end up doing most likely is provide what has been completed up to present and with the new Live Sync system in place (remote update system) the beta customers can update their application files whenever they see any new updates available from the ILance update server.

An announcement will be made very shortly, we appreciate your patience as well as the many other anxiously waiting customers.

I actually started customizing the script for my own needs and translating it. I would be intrested to know if Ilance 3.0 is going to be much different than the current version. Are there going to be other images/image names?

V3 will indeed be a lot different than V2.** One of the major change is the template system. It will be 100% easier to customize your site to your look and feel. Also, V3 will be a two-in-one auction software; people can post products for auction (ebay style) or people can post projects for freelancers. The entire V2 code has been re-written. Admin panel is easier to navigate, plus it is packed with a lots of features to it. Trust me, you will love V3!

I already love it very much :) , but when is it going to come. I know it is not a new question but I have to know whether to continue my customization or not. It is an awful lot of work to modify the images and to translate the pages... If it going to be out this month then I will wait for it .
