Any tips for getting service buyers on board?

Just wondering if anyone had any good hints on getting service buyers on board. service providers is no probelm but buyers is harder.

This should be a nice discussion for every Ilance owner. As a 2-day old Ilancer it's certainly interesting to me! Maybe the way to start the discussion professionally though is with a solid analysis of the market. We'll have to know who we're trying to get before we can determine how to get them.

Any body have any ideas on the dollar figures pulled in currently in the online freelance market and which segments are pulling the biggest chunks of that in?

I'll venture a guess...programming I think has a huge chunk of the freelance reverse auction market.
