I wonder wheter will be possible for ILance team to add new pop up box, sort of PMB where vendor's might post tuning up questions before they cast proposal with price.
There will be quite a lot situations when buyer will forget to state some very relevant information for vendor's to properly access the project.

It will be one-way discussion where vendors post questions and buyer might decide to respond by editing RFP text area and updating project informations. This might be better solutions than allow vendors to send private messages of which I thought earlier, because there will be no place for direct answer from buyer to vendor and since they will not expect the answer they might not to think about spaming...

This questioning message board would be probably pop-up window simmilar to PMB...

What do you think?

Looks like nobody is interested in this?

Few days after starting my marketplace I have this problem since.
Buyers are too general and current auction system can not work if buyer is not detailed enough.
No room for cumunication willl cause users not to use it and rather go somewhere for simple wantads than for auction system.

Also editing (refining) proposal doesnt work for user satisfaction, see this bug:

Public Message Boards will be added in the upcoming release. This is where users may post their message and the owner of the auction will be able to respond; publically.
