View Full Version : Why have I not received the RC 2 upgrade package?

Peter asked us to request for the upgrade package from the Customer support through the help desk. I did this more that 8 hours ago and received nothing. We have contacted Sales and still no answer. There is nothing in Livesync and so I have to waite for the upgrade package.
Can someone explain the situation so we know what is going on or ist just me?

It was sent to your email about 1 hour ago. Please confirm that you email address can support 4-5MB attachments. That could be the reason.

livesync is not available due to the changeover last week
Peter worked throught he night to bring us RC2 and he is currently cathcing up so please be patient
You can download your RC2 from the stores link within your cp but of course it doesn't have the upgrade script as described by Peter earlier

Just an Update - All members that have requested RC 2 upgrade script files version has been sent. If anybody did not receive the email up to this point, then please contact ILance and we'll send it to you using another method.

That is strange. I don't have any problem receiving 4-5mb in my email. There has to be another reason. Please PM a link to download it if possible.
