A stat in the admin area that let the admin know how many visitors are on the site and on what page. Each visitor would be recognize by their ip address.

# of visitors: 50

Who's online is implemented and is available:

Admin > User Accounts > (bottom of page: User Connection Spy)

Who is online is only implemented for users who are logged in. How will an administrator know when a guest visit the site?
