What's Changed?
Please be advised that due to the limited support agents and developers available at ILance, our technical support services is now limited. We will be providing (effective immediately) 30 days support to all new and existing customers via HelpDesk until further notice.
How Does This Affect Me and My Support?
It doesn't. The point of a "forum" is to obtain the information you require when you require it. After your technical support period is over, ILance developers, support agents, sales staff and existing members will assist you within the "forums" providing you with information you need. Please don't be shy.
But I may need to obtain Technical Support after 30 Days
ILance has been providing software and support solutions since 2002 and we have never denied a customer support as requested. The point of this "support policy change" so it force communication in the forums for awareness and to keep the discussions alive.
So What actually happens after 30 Days?
After 30 days, you may continue posting support within the Trouble Ticket HelpDesk based on critical support issues that should be addressed. For all other inquiries, ILance will advise our customers to make their postings within the appropriate forum for maximum discussion and opinion sharing.
