Everything is NEW!! It sure beats the old 3.1.6/7 design square boxy look. Now we're moving in the direction of better CSS development, tighter optimized HTML code and removal of all obsolete nested tables previously used in the software.

We've also gone in the direction of a true UTF-8 marketplace ready platform.
